Prep is the same
Speed does not mean skipping steps. Crack repair and moisture testing are just as important.
Where it makes sense
Daily-use garages, sunny garages, covered patios and small commercial spaces.
Does it cost more?
Somewhat more than an epoxy top.
Can it go outside?
On a covered patio, yes. Open drives usually get a sealer.
Condo and townhome garages
